- Jadwal keberangkatan siang: 14:00 WIB (tentatif, apabila kuota terpenuhi)
- Jadwal keberangkatan malam: 19:00 WIB ( setiap hari berangkat )
Carter Drop Off
Khusus bagi Anda yang ingin memesan kendaraan pribadi untuk rute satu kali perjalanan dengan fasilitas eksekutif, Anda bisa menggunakan layanan carter drop off.
Layanan ini memiliki keunggulan utama yaitu

Saat melakukan pemesanan, pastikan data yang anda kirimkan benar mulai dari Nama, No Kontak, Jam, Tanggal, Jumlah seat pesanan, alamat jemput dan alamat tujuan.
Kesalahan mengirimkan data booking dan kesalahan mengkonfirmasi data yang kami kirimkan kepada anda diluar tanggung jawab kami.

KETENTUAN UMUM :
Informasi dan harga yang tercantum di website KIng Travel adalah informasi dan harga yang masih berlaku.
Harga bisa berubah setiap saat sesuai ketentuan King Travel.
Harga tiket tidaklah sama, harga tiket travel disesuaikan dengan alamat penjemputan dan alamat tujuan.
Untuk memastikan harga silahkan menanyakan langsung ke Customer support kami dengan menyampaikan rencana perjalanan anda sesuai alamat penjemputan dan alamat tujuan.
Semua perubahan Harga dan Informasi Travel segala rute akan diinformasikan di website kami.
Jam kerja dan pelayanan King Travel adalah pada hari Senin-Minggu jam 08.00-22.00.
Proses order dapat di lakukan pada jam kerja King Travel dan kami akan merespon sesegera mungkin.
KETENTUAN LAIN
DP biaya travel Malang – Banyuwangi atau travel banyuwangi surabaya, bisa di transfer ke rekening yang disebutkan CS kami
Bila ada kesepakatan dengan CS, biaya travel bisa dibayar langsung ke driver sepenuhnya. Jika tidak ada kesepakatan dengan CS kami mohon jangan dibayarkan ke driver.
Apabila 2 jam sebelum jadwal pemberangkatan belum menerima telp konfirmasi dari driver, segera hubungi CS
Karena penjemputan bergilir, akan ada kemungkinan terjadi keterlambatan waktu penjemputan
Pembatalan reservasi/pemesanan oleh pihak penumpang dengan alasan apapun dikenakan denda 50% dari total biaya. Dan pembatalan oleh pihak kami, biaya yang sudah disetor akan kami kembalikan sepenuhnya.
Perubahan harga di hari-hari besar, akan diberitahukan secara langsung saat proses reservasi/pemesanan
